I took receipt of two leather sofas from the sofa workshop. One had damaged leather on the arm, so after a visit from a rep they took it away for 3 weeks to have it recovered. Our sofas were custom made to our design, and after a few weeks we realised we had made a design error which was not working for us - we communicated our problem that we needed the arm cushions changed to a different style, and because of the inconvenience of the original damage they replaced our arm cushions free of charge. I would recommend sofa workshop. I realise they cannot get is right 100% of the time, but I found there service to be friendly, efficient and I love their products. I would definitely buy from them again..
