A review of PC World by Mr Parfitt written on Friday 19th of January 2007
I would like to start by saying that I've had many bad experiences with PC World in the past so when I had a problem and had to speak to them, I wasn't too hopeful.
I returned a faulty product to their Cambridge branch and had a refreshing experience when one of their managers who not only resolved my problem,then and there, but also took the time to explain aspects of it's use which I was unaware of and would certainly be of use to me.
In fairness to him, these aspects did require me to purchase addition items but he was sincere and honest and at no time made me feel like I was obliged to purchase.
I did take the gentlemans name as I was going to write a letter to his head office however in retrospec I feel he will get more recognition from members of the public reading this than from his company for not pressure selling.
His name was Darren McCormack and I would recommand him anyone.
I will certainly be dealing with him again..
