A review of Brasserie Gerard by Eddie written on Monday 12th of February 2007
Chez Gerrard has a winning formula and normally serves good food, well cooked with good service.
The Gatwick branch of Chez Gerrard seems to excel in exactly the opposite. if the staff are astute enough to spot you waiting, they are completely indifferent when taking your order and make you feel that for the privilege of paying fairly highly for basics (normal at most airports) you are not entitled to a smile or goodwill.
This is the first time i have ever posted a review as I not completely sure what effect they have. However, I felt i had to due to the experience being so poor.
