Aldi are under the same sale of goods act as any other shop or business offering goods or sevices, if you are no happy return the item to the store, if it is a case of a faulty item, they have to repair/replace or refund under the act, don't let them fob you off. Stick to your

guns if they try to wiggle then inform the local trading standards office quoting the act.
