"Atherstone not only but also........."

I have to agree with all the negative comments wholely unobtainable targets i mean come on the poor managers two or three staff to run a concern the size of a tesco metro/local just not realistic they want the standards of a marks and spencer on the staff levels of a ice cream van no wonder the staff are a bit ratty from time to time yes the salaries are ok but no longer a revelation you have to wonder at the mind set of the senior shall we say directors/management it is time for a rethink at ops level me thinks you are burning out some cracking hard working honest managers and staff you being intellectual zeitgeists will realise that one has to speculate to accumalate ie a little give in the hours department can only lead to increased customer service which i imagine is paramount on your agenda you need to realise people not profit should be your motivation you can only go out with the old and in with the new so many times remember people are only human and i will not embarrass you by posting an average managers hours per day surley no family life can ensue blood/stone analagies spring to mind i have not posted this as an out and out dragging across the coals of this company but a lot of your proceedures are very close to the wire eh?.
