"Rude customer"

I am a sales advisor in bhs cambridge . today i had a very rude customer litterly throw 3 packets of sweets at me because she was the SECOND person in the que and just because i would not serve this VILE rude lady WELL I CANT REALLY CALL HER A LADY CAN I she reponded in this way telling me oh just forget it i will go somewhere else .WELL THAT SUITS ME FINE well rude VILE person if you are reading this why dont you learn to respect shop staff abit more and learn that not everyone is at your beck and call. oh and if i found out where you work i shall come in and talk to you like a peice of crap and demand service NOW even if you hava a million other tasks to do . WE DONT GET PAIDED ENOUGH TO DEAL WITH IDIOTS LIKE YOU . .
