Wow, what an incredibly bitter and twisted bunch (most of) you are! It isn't difficult to make a complaint or get a refund - you just have to have the intelligence to do so. I guess that's where most of you have fallen down.

A disappointing display of ignorance and misunderstanding here - how sad..
