"Aldi. Tevion plasma tv. 3 yr guarantee"

If like me you got a plasma tv from Aldi about June 06, with a 3yr warranty. You would be better going back to the shop you purchased it from rather than try phoning the Helpline 08448000425. It just keeps ringing out, Some online sites tell you to phone a Tevion helpline in Yorkshire. I was on hold for 38 mins. The response from the guy at the other end was that they only repaired small appliances, not TVs. But he gave me another number to try. Medion on 0845 0311788. The gent on the end of this line just didnt want to know. If the product wasnt Medion, Then goodby. So to make it easy for yourself. Just go back to the store you got the TV from and let the Manager do all the Phoning. Its surprising how easy he can get through to the right people. But beware. Unless you can talk broken German, Dont take the phone from him to give your details. Write them down so he can pass them on.
