A review of PC World by Anonymous written on Tuesday 3rd of April 2007
PC World are a profit organisation. One thats main philosophy is selling computer equipment. The public, sometimes have a faint idea of what can be done, which is why the staff are there to point you in the right direction....we are not paid any extra regardless of what you buy...from £400 computer to £1000. And to boot an excellent programme of selling on purpose to get you what you want!
My only slight problem is maybe with the warranty...this is the main thing staff are accessed on. One out of every two pcs a salesmans sells must have cover or its regarded as a training issue.
However our PC performance offers and excellent service, one of the main reasons we offer this service is because if we didnt you lot would be complaining, the computers we sell would be more expensive. You might as well buy one from TESCO in that case, and see how far it gets you. Dell? yer there ok i guess.
PC WORLD BUSINESS are another case entirely, the employees there are trained to a higher level, more informative and better priced items than the shop floor due to GCAT pricing.
SHIZZLE MY NIZZLE.
