"A note from a new employee"

I just happened to click on this site by accident and was absoloutely tickled by some of the comments made. I have just accepted a position at Olan Mills and am thrilled to bits that the awful incident that happened in December '06 seems to have filtrated out a lot of negative and unprofessional 'bad eggs', as such.

Working for a co-operations we all know the lack of control that we have and our piers actually have in the company and over their staff. Nobody wants to lose their job but its just another one of life's lessons; always be prepared.

I am looking forward to join a fresh company with a Manager who is enthusiastic and motivated and has concentrated on pleasing the staff with new incentives and a better pay structure.

Reading the negative comments has only made me more determined to help put Olan Mills back on the map, and do what we do best, and keep the customers memories alive.

Good luck to everyone and don't worry about us, we will be fine..
