"Apalling service"

I recently tried to book a table for 5 in the Cambridge Pizza Express on Jesus Lane. The manager was being quite rude to me and I felt a lack of respect. I chose somewhere else as a result.

The service really has gone down the hill and no longer match the interior decoration which is fairly high-end.

What happened to this company! They need to focus more on their customers before they lose them..
