Odin the terrible's comments of July 2006 are not correct. I have had a Tevion PVR for a year and it's User Manual gives the Cust. No. which is 0870 010 0240. Pity about that though.

I have used the other geo. number for another product with success but lately they say that they don't deal with the PVR product.

I find Tevion products very good and they don't quibble with replacements for faults which develop. .
