There is one girl who works there who says 'thanks' and 'please' and all the stuff you would expect a competent member of staff to say, but the unchanging expression on her face leads one to think that she doesn't really mean it, and would much rather be somewhere else than having to serve a load of customers! Let's hope that she was just having a bad day, eh?! A smile goes a long way!.
