"No Problem with faulty goods"

I rang about a dvd recorder and player I had purchased that was no longer working. I was unable to find the guarantee and expected them to say hard luck. However, they had all my details and were very helpful. The product was no longer made and because I no longer had the receipt from the original payment they let me have goods to its value. All the way along I was treated with courtesy and respect and cannot speak too highly of the service I was given. I have no worries about purchasing products from them again.
