I have shopped at Aldis for over twenty years and in that time have bought numerous tools and electrical appliances, I have always been extremely satisfied, on the odd occasion there as been a problem within the gurantee period they have either replaced the item and where that as not been possible I have had the cost reimbursed. Butyou mmust keep your receipt and all the gurantee details, one cannot expect the store to be responsible for an individuals inadequacies..
