Sorry to tell you that TEVION is not ALDI.Tevion brand products can be bought at other stores too.Toys R us, for example.They can be found new on eBay too.If you have a warranty on something from Aldi, it is essential to keep your till receipt. If you have a problem with the maker's helpline, go back to the store and ask for help. I did that on an item I'd had for two years, and it was sorted out for me quickly. The store got a new replacement within a couple of days.

Oh, MEDION is not Aldi either.Amongst others, Woolworths sell that brand too..
