"Aldi Manager Responds"

It really upsets me to hear such negatives comments about the company i work for. i really enjoy working for aldi and believe that it is a fantastic company with a great offering to consumers. Let me just say that aldi in no way condones the behaviour by staff or management that is described in these reviews and if you feel you have a valid complaint, take it to your local store manager or contact your local regional office. stores do not list their phone numbers for reasons of cost efficiency, not for secrecy or your inconvenience. regional offices are listed, just call directory assistance or as a last resort, write a letter. the address is on every aldi product. you won't recieve instant gratification, but you will get a response either by letter or telephone call. ps there is no email in aldi because we believe in more direct communication such as face to face or a telephone call. There are standards in place that must be adhered to. in the way our stores look, in the way we interact with our customers, in the quality of the fresh products that we sell and generally how we promote aldi to the marketplace. the complaints and behaviours described on this page refer to complaints about staff rather than aldi as a company. so do me and aldi a favour, don't whinge on blog pages, make an effort to contact aldi and complain!! these staff are not doing you, me or aldi any favours, so speak up and help get rid of the crap staff so that you can happily shop at aldi. GIVE US A GO!!
