"Excellent staff and sofa!"

I purchased a few sofas from the Kingston branch which were delivered a few weeks ago, and all I can say is excellent service! I was reccomended there by a neighbour of mine, who had also purchased a sofa from the same store in Kingston from somebody called Benjamin.

Me and my husband scoured the website looking for the perfect model for ourselves, so all we had to do was pop in and order. Upon arriving, we were greeted with a warm welcome and pointed in the direction of the sofa we wanted. We asked for the same sales representative we had been reccomended and continued our sale with him. Within only a few minutes, we realised we'd made a critical error with our measurements and had to find something new. We were walked through all of the various models that would fit in the style we were after, and then presented with the range of fabrics, and what a range I must say! We used their 'instant preview' service where the fabric was placed over the sofa we wanted, the Caruso, in order to give us a feel of how the fabric would look and feel.

The level of service was aboslutely amazing, second to none! There wasn't a single point throughout the entire process, from walking in the door to placing an order where we felt confused. All of our questions were answered, and we are now the proud owners of two beautiful sofas.

Congratulations to everyone at Sofa Workshop for doing a marvellous job, and being the cut above the rest!.
