With regards to everyones bad reviews about the stores customer services... they hae none for a reason. i actually work for the care centre which is the only customer serices for MFI. the reason you all get diverted there is because we are the ones that actually deal with complaints and order querys (missing parts). if you get told by a branch that they cant help with missing items etc. its because they CANT HELP WITH THAT!!!

the soloution? take a look at your sales invoice or delivery note or even your assembly guide. you find a No for the customer services and they will do everything within their power to help. stop being lazy and expect everyone to do everything for you!!!.
