We purchased the laptop back in February from Aldi. It started to go wrong about 4 weeks ago. I rang the help number and they wanted me to send proof of purchase, so I scanned in the till receipt and emailed it to them. I didn't hear anything back for about a week and then a Parceline courrier driver turned up on my door step wanted to take it away. I had a phone call from the engineer needeing more info and We got it back after about another week and it seems fine now..
