"Tevion Product Fault !! "No Problem Sir""

I purchased a Tevion Portable DVD Player at Cross Hands Aldi store Carmarthenshire in November 2006. All went well until two weeks ago, 2nd August 2007 to be precise. The Battery connection clips broke off making it unable to connect to the DVD player .

Aldi advised me to contact Tevion, I telephoned the Help Line number written on the back of the DVD player on Wednesday 29th August, was put through immediately to custmer services, I explained my problem and was informed a replacement DVD player would be sent out and arrive by Friday 31st.

In fact it arrived on Thursday 30th but I was not at home to receive it, but as promised it arrived on Friday . Thank you Tevion for your prompt service from a satisfied customer. .
