A review of Aldi by Bob Barker written on Wednesday 12th of September 2007
When I had a problem with a recent Aldi purchase I rang directory enquiries. They gave me 0845 number, who in turn put me through to the regional office who dealt with my issue without fault. Even down to the assistant store manager who, when I began to explain my issues in store, had been fuuly briefed by customer service and was fully aware of my name, the nature of my problem and, more importantly, a most satisfactory solution. I really do feel that Aldi have the whole customer service thing nailed. This is of course a subjective issue but that is my opinion..
