I purchased a tevion dvd player it went wrong i called at the store to be told to ring the tel number for service which is printed on the box i phoned the number they took my details and would send a new unit when one came in. I forgot all about it for a couple of months and i rang to ask what had happened to the relacement they appologised and whithin 24 hours a new uprated unit was with me.
