"Tevion support outstanding"

I bought a Tevion MP3 player at Aldi in May 2007. I have had some difficulties with it recently and contacted the support team. They gave me some instructions which I couldn't follow because of my shortcomings! I explained the problems I was having and they sent a replacement which I received in just a few days. Not only that but they included another pair of earphones along with a neck strap - great for running with.
