"Tevion/Medion?"

I have recently purchased a Tevion TV. the booklet shows that Tevion is in fact a registered trademark and not an actual company. I believe from reading the forums that the product was actually made by Medion of the Medio AG Group, but labelled Tevion.

Does any one have any information on Tevion as a trademark and whose company they fall under?
