I also have a Tevion internet phone model No IP722 and it wouldn't work for me on their software either. I checked it out on Google and discovered it is a rebadged Yealink 1PKH usb phone. Dump their CD and read the forum about it on the Landrovernet.com website. Go to he Yealink website and download the drivers for the phone as well as installing Skypebuddy (or Skypemate) as well as Skype and run a trial phone call via Skype to check that all settings are OK. I also got my £10 back from eMedia so that is also worth pursuing. Nil desperandum! .
