Aldi do offer a help line phone number its true, unfortunately it is to a call centre where staff deal with problems for other products as well as those sold by Aldi. The result is predictable, no one is ever free to answer your call - I know I have tried it time after time throughout the day for many days on end. Try phoning on the dot of 8am and you might be lucky later than that - forget it you will be wasting money and time. A number which you could try is 01422 263228 which has worked for me.
