After a recent visit to your store in NORWICH we are appaulled at the service that we received. We purchased shoes for work but could not wear them as the manufacturing standards were so poor. If we wore the shoes for even half a day we could not even walk - SO THEY ARE NOT FIT FOR THE PURPOSE THAT THEY WERE BROUGHT!!!!. We would like to know what can be done for us as surely this is not fair trading?..
