"Is Anybody There At Key Electronics?"

I Purchase a Tevion Elite Digital Photo Frame from Aldi stores. Any problems you need to contact Key Electronics.

I telephoned them and was kept hanging on. At the beginning of their message a voice advises you to go on an intelligible internet address.

I found their internet address and e-mail. After repeated e-mails from 10th November, I still have not heard from them. It's as though they don't exist. Or are they keeping quiet hoping I'll go away.

Is there any point in buying from Aldi without service back-up?.
