I have had a very different experience of ALDI

It is true that you cannot phone the stores but on every item i have purchased with the tevion mark there is a helpline for techncal enquiries on the boxes and they are very helpful.

what is si great is that you have a 3 yr guarantee without any questions asked if you retain the receipt

I have taken a hard drive dvd recoreder back ages after i bought it because i saw a later version with an electronic programme guide and i had no problems.

I think that the prices are fantastic compared to other shops and the quality of the stuff is very good.

I have a flat screen TV, a digital radio , a blue tooth headset all aldi.

the helpline for tevion TVs is 0870 72 70 370 so try them and they may be able to help.

Must go now as i am dashing off to buy a IPOD docking station at Aldi of course
