"Lower prices = lower standards, why?"

Aldi appear to believe that cheaper prices should equate with poorer service . False economy.

Their message seems to be " you are getting it at a knock-down price so take it or leave it"

Why do we all prefer Asda and M&S? Because of no qibbling on returns and problems. Aldi don't really want to know. They do not reply to letters, make sure nobody can locate their phone number or e mail.

Cheap and nasty.

Best bet, buy all your everyday crap - kitchen rolls and clingfilm - at Aldi, get your more valuable stuff elsewhere, simple as that. Then when you have a problem its easily sorted. .
