"ALDI Support - Lack of"

Like a number of other contributers here I have had reason to take 2 seperate items back to Aldi and have hit the ' Call the help line response'. The goods were faulty and the issue should be resolved by Aldi, not the manufacturer. Until Aldi realise their responsabilities under the law these issues will remain. Does anyone from Trading Standards ever get involved in these issues to remind stores of their legal responsabilities?
