"65 items per minute? Rude, I was never taught that!"

I don't know where this person was taught to be rude, I am a shift manager with the company for over 9 yrs. If one of my clerks is rude to a customer, and they havent been yet there will be hell to pay. Remember, good customer service is job security, no matter what field you work in unless you work in a cave. With out people to buy your goods and services you might as well stay in bed.
