A review of Aldi by JohnHarrison written on Saturday 22nd of December 2007
I Have just purchased a Tevion 19" Television03/12/2007.I have attempted to programme my Sky remote control to the television but Sky do not have the code number for the model I purchased. Sky advised ringing the manufacturer, and I therefore rang the Tevion Customer Support Line. The response was "we are only a call centre to arrange warranty claims ( I suspect the number is just a clearing house).They have no technical data or expertise, they couldnt even provide me with a number to contact either Aldi or Tevion direct.
I have been back to the store and whilst they were very helpful in taking details I have been told to await a call from Aldi which will take two working days. I am holding my breath.!!.
