"Unprofessional"

I found it quite unprofessional for the simple fact that whilst i was having my hair cut, the barbers were speaking in turkish to each other, which made me feel a bit like a spare part. i had no clue as to what they were saying and this continued the whole way through my haircut. then i was passed over to somebody else, for a shave and during it they answered their phone twice and walked out of the shop to have a conversation. i thought this was quite unprofessional. there was a lot of swearing by an english guy who worked there aswell, which was quite embarrassing, as i had my young son with me. i think the customer service is not up to scratch and the barbers should not smoke outside the shop, as the smell drifted in..
