"Clearly not a mechanic"

Normally I would not hesitate to criticize Kwik Fit, fitters on bonus are unlikely to have the customers best interests at heart but i have to say that twice inthe last year teh stirling depot have surprised me with their customer care. The first time when I was expecting to fork out for a new exhaust they welded the old one for me. Later when they replaced the exhaust on a different car they happily replaced it free of charge when it was split when I went into a pothole.

As for tytis case the communication swas clearly a bit lacking but a total of 7 houtrs to locate and fit the right pads and discs is not unreasonable - do you think they hac=ve items like thatose just sitting on the shelves waiting on the offchance that someone wil want them? And the bill was really reasonable. A Ford dealer would have charged at least that for the parts ..
