A review of Tenpin by Kiki Fletcher written on Thursday 10th of January 2008
While I admire your loyalty to your company, you might do well to tone it down a bit and remember who you are representing. You are the face of Tenpin and I have to say after reading your response to the previous post, I would hope not to have you take my booking.
However, the point I think you were trying to make was that unlimited bowling was good value for money, and, yes, if you can get it that would be the case. Five star kitchen is debatable, its a burger bar, its adequate but lets remember it is still ONLY a fast food outlet in a bowling alley.
I have to say that I enjoyed Tenpin for what it was, an afternoon out with my children, slightly overpriced but that didn't concern me too much. I did notice that its not a place for younger children after about 4pm and the staff could do with brushing up on their customer service skills. One girl on the desk looked like she couldn't be bothered to asnwer my queries...maybe it was the receptionist!.
