Previously we gave refunds with or without reciepts up to a year after purchase, this was abused by people upgrading for example their TV's every 12 months and returning goods that were OK.

People buying power tools, doing the job, then getting a refund.

People buying ski suits, going on holiday,then getting a refund'

These are all true and the list is endless.

We had to change the policy because the public chose to abuse our good intentions!

30 days is both legal and also longer than any other high street retailer.

Abuse it and lose it!End of story.
