Hi I'm not local but I also had a problem with tevion products from my local aldi. I sent a product back in November and have just had to chase them up again. The website to take your complaints to is www.fascin8.co.uk The bloke in charge is Jason Christmas and on the website is an address and a telephone number. I'm not saying you will be any further forward but it;s a step in the right direction..
