After reading a rather negative resonse from a user of this website regarding Aldi's own brand goods, I thought I would add my feedback.

I have purchased several Aldi own brand products and have had a couple of minor issues with the products concerned. I have found the customer service to be most satisfactory for the price I have paid for the goods.

I have had much worse service from so called 'value brands' in the past. I will continue to buy Aldi products in the future.
