"Trevor Hogger Homes - Highly Recommended"

After deciding to build a large extension to our home, we researched several builders in the Cambridge area, along with Trevor Hogger (TH) who was recommend by a colleague.

Out of all the builders we spoke with Trevor was the only one who came back in the timeframes promised, and provided a thorough estimate, plus we were able to see the work Trevor completed for my colleague which convinced us Trevor was the right choice.

Work started on the agreed date, and we found his workers friendly and considerate, we have 2 small children and they kept the noise and mess down to a minimum and gave us fair warning if they needed to operate loud machinery.

Soon after work started a major problem was discovered with the drains, whilst this was not Trevor’s responsibility he stepped in when we were brushed aside by NHBC. Trevor called his NHBC reprehensive and within 2 days NHBC agreed to swallow the full cost for repairs. Trevor also accommodated several changes we made during the build process, despite our changes incurring more work. Trevor was insistent that we get the finished look we wanted.

To our surprise the extension was completed ahead of schedule and under budget despite our more costly changes. With the high degree of workmanship would definitely use and recommend Trevor for any future work.
