"Landlord in wrong business"

A review of The Alexandra Arms by Good service fiend written on Sunday 16th of March 2008

The service from the landlord of the Alex pub is so bad, I can't quite believe it. A recent Saturday night - one of our small group ordered a pint of Guiness - which tasted off. The landlord didn't want to know, and said if we wanted a new one, we'd have to buy it. Such defensive behaviour from the person in charge of cleaning the beer pipes is worrying. It seems the landlord is not interested in keeping his beer fresh, is not interested in keeping his customers happy, and not interested in encouraging us to spend more money. Has he chosen the wrong career?.
