"Terrible"

A review of The Mitre by Peed off written on Tuesday 25th of March 2008

Went there on Easter Sunday. Found a table which was dirty and when i went to the bar and asked to get the table cleaned I was given a damp cloth to do it myself!

Was told there was no steak. Then was told there were no chips. Waited 30 minutes for starter and then another 30 minutes for main course (frozen food - why the wait).

There was a table of 3 Belgians who had to wait even longer. The girl got her food and then nothing else arrived for 35 minutes.

Dreadful service, dreadful food and a pub which I reckon gives Cambridge a bad name.
