"Aldi - good product line, bad customer service"

If we want lower grocery prices I guess we have to sacrifice something... with Aldi's it appears to be in any sort of customer service. The store is basic, that's ok - products set out in boxes - that's ok, but the total lack of concern by the staff, and the rude cashiers make me wonder if the few cent savings is really worth the trade-off.
