"Excellent service from Tevion"

After getting good service from my Tevion Digital camera for 2 years the lens started to get stuck and would not extend and retract, I contacted Tevion in Germany by phone as most of the Tevion electrical products have a 3 year warranty.They advised me to send the camera to them recorded delivery with my receipt and they would try to repair or replace the camera this cost me a total of £8 but if they could repair or replace my camera it would save me buying a new one.

About 8 days later I received a brand new camera and case and a brand new battery, so obviously my camera was beyond repair but I was very pleased with the outcome and will shop again at Aldi for my electrical goods.
