"No complaints got refund on laptop"

Bought laptop in nov 2007 but had a few problems.

Got full refund from store (yesterday 15th april)after producing ref number given to me when i phoned medion to report the faults last week.

It was just normal customer ref no not refund ref.

Happy with the refund.
