"Unbelievable service"

The battery recently failed on my four year old 'Traveller' digital camera. Rang the Aldi helpline number on the instruction manual to try and buy a new one. Within 24 hours the company had sent me not one but two replacements free of charge. This company do not deserve the critisism levelled at them on this site. How can service like this be an accident? I would reccomend thier products and philosophy to anyone! Well done Aldi..
