Booking my trip to New York was my first experience of booking through trail finders. What a new experience, travel consultant Kathryn Cook had so much knowledge of her job and her efficiency was of excellent standard.

Unfortunately on the day of my departure our flight was cancelled by American Airlines and in my state of panic and upset I phoned Trailfinders for advice. Consultant Debbie dealt with my concerns and is helping me to gain refund for my cancelled flight.

These travel consultants really are the best i have ever experienced in all my travelling i have done and therefore I can't wait to use trailfinders again to rebook my trip..
