"Buy from the web site (if you have to)"

Despite the web site sending people to the same showroom as Belfast Bed Warehouse, they are apparently separate companies and the T&C's applicable to goods bought online do not apply to anything bought in this store. As the 86-year old Polish widow of a WWII hero discovered. She was rushed through a purchase (which is £50 less if bought online from the website which is not the same company) that was scheduled for next day delivery - which cost £15, but £0 if bought online at the website that is not the same company. Before it could be delivered Mrs P called Belfast bed Warehouse and said after a sleepless night she realised that the bed was too expensive, and could she not have it please. To which the not nice man at Belfast Bed Warehouse said, 'No'. And apparently the law says she can't have her money back just because she changed her mind. Although if she'd bought online at the website which isn't the same company, she would have been given her money back and no hassle. So don't buy at Belfast Bed Warehouse unless you want to pay more for your bed and get nasty service..
