I totally agree with that last comment.What i dont get is why order something to be delivered knowing you are not going to be in when it is.Surely it would make sense to arrange it for when you are in.People cause the problems themselves.Not City Link! Drivers can have hundreds of parcels to deliver in one day and cant keep going backwards and forwards to please those who couldnt be bothered getting out of bed when he knocked at 8am! Get a grip.
